Sonic Drive-In in Kansas

"1 Bad Experience: They cut us off while ordering drive through. We waited for 15 minutes before they turned on the speaker and bruskly asked if we needed anything else. When we finally got through the drive through they said "Go wait in a stall, cause it'll be a while." We waited 20 minutes, then finally got our food and left. The food was good. Usual Quality: The service is usually passable, but if you're diabetic or lactose intolerant, don't bother asking for diet or no cheese. They frequently don't follow those requests. Frequently forget the marachino cherries too. I've taken to ordering the strawberry drink instead. Prices ok, better if you use the app's deals. The service is getting better, at least in the car stalls: faster, friendlier, and more accurate. Good even. I'd still be careful though."

"We have never had any issues when getting our food until our last visit. During our last visit we spent over $50.00 for dinner. When we got home there were no tots in our bags. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who quickly offered to deliver them. I was shocked and surprised!! When we were given our tots, we were also given tokens for free drinks. Amazing!! Thank you!!!"

"We go to this sonic regularly. We order via the app and our order is ready in the drive thru. As every place else, they have had staffing issues but they do what they can. Adean normally serves us in the drive thru. She is very pleasant and always has a smile and kind words. Great employee! Keep up the good work. Order is always right and tastes good."

"It started hailing and dumping rain after we ordered. We ordered a lot of food and drinks and everything was out fast and fresh. The BEST tots I've had from a Sonic in a while. Whoever cooked tonight, keep them. Also, our carhop, MIA, was amazing. Big smile, more concern keeping our order dry than herself, just an awesome experience all around."

"For drinks, this is my absolute favorite place in town. For food, the service tends to be on the slow side (especially during weekday morning rush), and the prices comparatively high, but the overall quality and selection great. I love this place! I use the deal texting service to help make it more affordable. Bonus: They almost never mess up my orders."

"I love Sonic so I had to try the one in town to see if it was up to my standards. The food was really good, the service was rather quick, and they didn't mess up our order. I couldn't really ask any better from them. My only complaint is the lack of non-meat products. All though they do Fair better than many other fast food joints."
